Service Quotes: Any quote or estimate provided through this website or by phone is preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in your written service agreement before work begins. Our Pricing Guarantee applies once you have accepted a written quote.
Scheduling: All services are subject to scheduling availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Louis Water Co LLC provides a lifetime warranty on system dry parts, a 5-year warranty on the control valve, circuit board, and filtration media, and a 1-year labor warranty on the original installation. Manufacturer warranties are passed through as described in your service documentation. Full warranty terms are provided at the time of installation.
Louis Water Co LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the website, or from any service performed. Our total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the system or service in question.
