Yes. We offer a pre-installation water test for 99 dollars if you want to know exactly what is in your water before committing to a system. A free water test is also included on-site the day of every installation.
Yes. Our monthly subscription is 29 dollars per month and includes salt delivery six times per year and one RO filter replacement per year. It is optional but the easiest way to stay on top of system maintenance without thinking about it.
You manage salt levels yourself and either schedule an RO filter replacement through us for 150 dollars or purchase the filters directly from us for 150 dollars. We will walk you through what to watch for on install day.
Louis Water Co provides a lifetime warranty on system dry parts, a 5-year warranty on the control valve, circuit board, and filtration media, and a 1-year labor warranty on the original installation. Manufacturer warranties include lifetime coverage on storage and media tanks and 5-year coverage on control valves.
The first year of labor is covered under our warranty. After that, service calls are 150 dollars. We will always diagnose the issue before recommending any parts or additional work.
Yes, on request. If you have an old softener or filtration system you want removed, let us know when you book and we will take care of it.
Louis Water Co LLC is in the process of obtaining Arizona licensing and will be fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Every installation is backed by our written Clean Water, Property Protection, and Pricing guarantees regardless of licensing status.

We work by scheduled appointment. Most Phoenix valley jobs are booked within the same week. East Valley installs near our Gilbert location can sometimes be next day depending on availability.
